Aurora Aurora is the proposed European Space Agency programme to explore Mars and the Moon and lay the foundation for possible future human exploration.
Climateprediction.net The climate prediction.net experiment has been developed to allow a state-of-the-art climate prediction model to be run on home/ school/ work computers. RAL is one of the main collaborators on this research project.
COSPAR COSPAR is the Committee on Space Research. Founded in 1958 by the International Council for Science (ICSU). RAL is the COSPAR Member Institute for the UK.
Microgravity Information regarding the purpose of orbital research using microgravity. RAL co-ordinates UK activities on behalf of BNSC.
Planetary forum The UK Planetary Forum was founded in 1996 as a representative body of the planetary science community. RAL is a member of the Planetary Forum.

ThruVision RAL is setting up an innovative new start-up company to exploit the unique properties of THz imaging for a range of applications.
