Payment
Daily rates: For those attending only part of the week, we now offer an alternative registration fee. The daily charge is £40, to cover teas/coffees, a contribution to room charges etc..., plus £50 for those attending the dinner (plus £30 for any accompanying person) (to cover the dinner and transport). If you wish to take up this alternative, please contact the organisers.
A registration is complete only if the full registration fee is received. The registration fee is £250. To complete registration please pay the total (shown above) by following these steps.

Cancellation Policy - If potential attendees wish to cancel, we will return the registration fee. However, cancellations within two weeks of the meeting may incur some administration costs or be subject to commitments which result in only partial reimbursement. The LOC will do its best to make as full a refund as possible.
